NodeX IOT Platform
NodeX IOT is a Cloud based SAS platform designed and developed by us for Monitoring different Industrial assets remotely. NodeX Platform allows you to Monitor your different assets such as Energy Meters, Flow Meters, Pressure Transducers etc. remotely via cloud enabled dashboard. NodeX is designed to be drag and drop software which makes it unique to manage all your assets data at one place. Our TIG-101 Gateway Device can be connected to any modbus enabled Device like PLC or VFD and then data can be visualized within few minutes on our NodeX IOT Platform. NodeX has verity of Widgets such as Gauges, Line Charts, Bar Charts, time series charts etc. which allows you to monitor your assets very seamlessly. User has freedom to add Multiple user accounts as per the need of organization, NodeX multitenancy feature allows you to manage the access for each user. You can always preview your historic data in tabular format and you can always download it in .csv or PDF format for further audits. Now let’s see one use case where we have connected one Flow Meter to our TIG-101 IOT Gateway and IOT Gateway device is configures to connect to NodeX IOT platform for continuous Monitoring of Flow Meter Parameters. In flow meter we actually wanted to monitor two parameters i.e. actual flow and totalize flow value. The Flow meter is connected to IOT Gateway using Modbus RS485 protocol. Below picture shows the login page of NodeX IOT Platform. Picture 1 shows the Actual Flow and picture 2 shows the Totalize Flow taken from Flow meter, the totalize flow is presented with the Bar Graph time series chart.
